When you subscribe to the Smuuti Skin newsletter, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to claim your free mystery gift.
How to claim your newsletter subscriber gift:
- You need to click the "Claim my gift" link/button in the email. If you do not go to our website through this link, the gift will not be added.
- Once you've entered via the special link, add any products to your cart. Once your cart value is over 30€, the gift will be added automatically to your cart.
What to do if you don't receive the welcome email with the link:
- Did you enter your email correctly? Try re-entering your email on this page.
- Did you confirm your subscription? When subscribing to our newsletter, you need to confirm your subscription first by following the instructions we send you. After this, you should receive the email with the free gift.
- If you have completed steps 1 and 2, check if the message ended up in your "Spam", "Offers" or "Other" folder.
