If you wish to make a return, contact customer service at [email protected]. We will reply with further instructions. Please note that If a return is made without prior agreement with customer service, we will deduct a €6.90 handling fee from your refund.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns.

You will receive your refund within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return the product(s). If the return is partial (meaning that you do not return the entire order), shipping costs will not be refunded.

However, we have the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned product(s) or you provide proof that the product(s) have been sent back.
