I have trouble using Strawberry Boost Serum. What should I do?Updated 2 months ago

Strawberry Boost Serum has a slightly thicker, more gel-like texture than our other serums. Here’s a few tips to help get the product into the dropper:

Insert the dropper into the bottle while keeping it pressed down, so the serum can be drawn up. To make sure there’s enough pressure to move the serum, keep the dropper pump pressed while lowering it into the bottle.

If the product still doesn’t come out after trying this, it’s possible that the dropper is faulty – though this is very rare. If this happens, please contact our customer service.
