If you fail to collect your parcel within the time frame given by the shipment provider, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. In this case, we will refund you the full order amount once the parcel arrives back to us. Please note that we will deduct a handling fee of 25 € from the order sum for all non-collected parcels.
